MGKV is an institution of national importance and functioning without taking any grant from Govt. MGKV is Regd. by Govt. of India and running courses under Article 29 & 30 of the constitution of India for welfare of minorities (By religion / language) and depressed class of people and also functioning for flourishment of Hindi language under Article 351 of the constitution of India.
